One Card Post - Reigning AL ROY Off to a Hot Start!

How Much?:  $10.75

Why?:  Like many baseball fans, I was captivated by the potential shown by Astros shortstop Carlos Correa in his Rookie of the Year campaign last season.  This off-season I made it a point to track down a couple of mid-level Correa cards for my collection.  My love of Bowman Wave Refractors (which look ten times better in person than in this scan) made this one an easy choice when I was able to haggle a seller down to just north of $10.

In the first two Astros games of the 2016 season, Carlos is 5-for-9 with 3 HR, 4 RBI and 2 stolen bases.  Not too shabby!  Now there's just a single copy of this card on COMC with an asking price of $30.25.  I'd say I did okay here, happy to have this one in my collection for sure!
