I'm a bit late in posting this one, but David Krejci recorded his second goal of the season in Pittsburgh on Saturday night against the Pens. It was a big goal at the time, knotting the score at 4 in the 3rd period. Zdeno Chara would score shortly afterwards to give the B's a late 5-4 lead, and it, but in typical fashion for this year's team they blew it, giving up a goal in the last few ticks of the clock and then losing the game in overtime.
Krejci also had an assist in the game, and had an assist in last night's game against the Islanders as well (also a loss), but so far the Bruins do not look good at all. At this rate I'm only going to end up posting a couple of Krejci cards by season's end. In all fairness he is coming off of an injury that was severe enough to require surgery, and missed a couple of games as well with the H1N1 virus. Hopefully Krejci and the rest of the team can get things moving in the right direction on Thursday night, when they kick off a 4 game road trip in Atlanta against the Thrashers...
