Here's another card from the cheap minor league/prospects lot I picked up on eBay recently, which worked out to under a buck a card...
This Justin Haley manu-patch card hails from the 2014 Topps Pro Debut set, even though Justin has yet to make his pro debut. There are some really great minor league logos out there, but the Greenville Drive, class A affiliates of the Boston Red Sox, have one of the more boring ones I've seen.
Definitely a card I wouldn't seek out on my own, but as part of a lot and for less than $1 I guess I can't complain.
My question for you...if you're a team collector would you count this sort of thing towards your team collection, even if Justin never comes close to sniffing a Major League roster? I'm not really sure how I feel about it...

I would count a similar Giants prospect as part of my Giants collection. Not exactly sure why but it just feels right.
I would count that personally. I consider minor league cards of Red Sox prospects part of my Red Sox collection. I do not usually actively seek them out though.
Thanks guys, I think I'm in agreement, I've added it to my Sox collection for now. Thanks for the comments!
I would count it as well.
If you asked me a year ago, I would've said "Yes, absolutely!"
Now that I'm dealing with a cluttered mancave and an overly large collection, I look back at some of these "Mets" who never got above A-ball and I start to wonder what they add to my collection.
I have a bunch of Red sox cards that I am looking to get rid of if you're interested? You can email me at tomporay@hotmail.com if you'd like and I can send pics?
