Of the handful of 1960/61 A&BC cards I've seen so far, this is the only one I recall which doesn't have the national team designation on it... It's just "BRISTOL CITY", not "BRISTOL CITY AND ENGLAND". Maybe that's why Peter McCall was pumping up.
