Why?: You can't go wrong with '71 O-Pee-Chee. I love the dugout shot on this card, and of course the classic O-Pee-Chee "RECENTLY TRADED TO..." designation. The primary reason I was drawn to this card though was the same reason I am drawn to any '71 OPC...

Hoyt is one of my favorite non-Mets to collect. I picked this one up many years ago and it's a real favorite. I've got the 1970 OPC as well, but it's not nearly as interesting.
1971 OPC backs are definitely up there in regards to card back designs. Truly beautiful.

Finding a '71 OPC or Topps of Hoyt in that kind of condition for a couple of bucks is a great pickup.
