What: 1961 Topps #441 - Dick Bertell
Where: Hobby Shop
How Much?: $.10
Why?: Awesome vintage catcher shot. Also, the background looks more like some sort of military encampment than it does a baseball field.
Other: A dime. Honestly, if I saw a dime on the sidewalk I would not even stop to pick it up, so how could I go wrong?
A Milestone

What better way to celebrate your 1000th game than a custom jersey for the
warm-up?
Other than actually being allowed to wear it during the game.

That's quite an image. I don't think I've seen it before. I'd stop to pick up a dime. Am I a loser? Don't answer that!
Wow, that is a pretty solid looking catcher card too! Definitely has seen lots of attention over the years but that doesn't take away from its awesomeness.
I've always liked old cards that show character and age. Unlike the PSA rating system, I like a card that shows love. One that has kicked around in an old shoe box or the back of a sock drawer. When I was growing up in the 1950's we used an old clothespin to strap the likes of a Mickey Mantle rookie to the spokes of our bicycle so it would sound like a motor. This card shows love.
That's a well loved card
I'd definitely stop to pick up a dime, and I'd certainly pick up this card if I saw it lying around, too!
